Amma/Shiatsu - Acupressure, pressure points, compression, stretching and rocking done on the table or chair. 30, 60 or 90 minutes

Deep Tissue - Muscle stroking, range of motion movement and deep compression to reach the myofascial layer of musculature. 30, 60 or 90 minutes

Swedish - Muscle stroking using cream or lotion to assist movement, compression and stretching. 30, 60, or 90 minutes

Reflexology - Access pressure points on feet or hands to corresponding part of the body to release tension. 30 minutes

Upper Body Seated Acupressure on a Chair - A special chair allows the client to sit comfortably and the therapist to access pressure points for back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and head. Specific focus for the busy lifestyle. 30 minutes only.
