I have been practicing massage since early 1995.

My business here in Sonoma was established in 2000.

I enjoy working with clients to bring awareness of their bodies and better health. I suggest many avenues to seek out health and wellness for yourself.

Because I believe and practice health and wellness, I am fit, exercise regularly and have a nutritious lifestyle. I enjoy golf, hiking, biking and dancing.
